[ANNOUNCEMENT] Just Some Reminders

Hello SECRETTIMEs,

As Secret is set to come back soon and our fandom is therefore gearing up, it seems like a good time for some reminders about how to best maintain a friendly, respectful community.

• Let’s all be kind to each other and strive to be understanding of each other. Because Secret fans are from all over the world, the Secret fandom is incredibly diverse and made up of people from many different backgrounds. As fellow SECRETTIMEs and simply as fellow human beings, let’s treat other Secret fans, the Secret ladies, the TS staff, and also fans of other groups with respect and kindness.
• Let’s all be grateful and give credit where credit is due. There are many people who volunteer their time and energy to provide information and material for the fandom, and let’s make sure they know that we’re thankful for it. For example, fans who take photos and upload them are incredibly generous to share the photos. We can do even small things to let them know that we’re thankful, like properly sourcing and also not editing fantaken photos unless explicitly given permission to do so.
• Let’s all be respectful. Tying into being kind, let’s be respectful of the wishes of the other people we interact with. This also applies to how we respect the privacy of the Secret members. Do not share personal photos of the Secret members. The Secret members are generous enough to share plenty of photos through various avenues that are intended for the public, so let’s not invade their privacy and share things without their permission.
• Let’s all have fun! Being in the Secret fandom is fun, and that’s why we’re in it! Let’s make the Secret fandom an environment such that everybody can have fun as well!

The Secret fandom is a fantastic fandom, and we’ve always been friendly and kind. Let’s keep it up!
